Our mops were originally made by hand with a capacity of approximately 500 per day. The manufacturing process has since evolved to utilise 4 state of the art mop making machines with a monthly capacity of 200 000 mops (60tons). Further expansion in manufacturing capacity is planned.

The floor pad material is being sourced from both local suppliers and abroad. Virgin material is imported uncut and machine cut in the Cape Town factory to exacting standards. Africa Floorcare is by far the largest converter of uncut abrasive sheets in Southern Africa, with over 25 000 floor pads per month being sold.
